The daffodils are blooming, the days are finally growing longer and the rivers are calling me. It's time for the mayfly nymphs and caddis pupae to climb on out from under their respective rocks and that means dinner for the 'bows and browns on the Hooch. Spring has sprung and it's been far too long a wait for me. This weekend is the annual meetup with some of my best and oldest buds from high school and college. This time it's for a little fishing on the Nantahala River in NC. Should be a blast, even if we get skunked. Good friends and old times worth reliving are something worth hanging onto.
Get out there and love living this spring and summer. See you on the water!

Hey, thanks for the comment. I left my response back at my blog. (I wasn't sure if you'd get any type of notification.) Anyway, I'll make sure to touch base when I get back down to the wonderful smokeys. Your insight to the GA river would be extremely helpful.
Nice boat!! On a good day out (which is every day out!)does she sing "Don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me" or something else?
